These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Neofinity Employee Referral Program (the "Program") hosted by Neofinity, a fintech startup and a payment vertical of Neogroup (collectively, "Neofinity," "we," or "us"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

 

Eligibility

1. The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are eligible to work in the country where Neofinity operates.

2. Participants may refer themselves or their friends for any roles mentioned on the Neofinity website.

 

Rewards

1. Each role listed on the Neofinity website is associated with a specific reward.

2. Participants who successfully refer a candidate for a particular role are eligible to receive the reward associated with that role.

3. A participant may refer for more than one position, they will be eligible for multiple rewards if their candidate gets selected.

 

Reward Disbursement

  1. Rewards will only be granted to the participant if the referred candidate:

a. Successfully clears the interview process as per the requirements set by Neofinity.

b. Accepts a job offer from Neofinity.

c. The referee gets rewarded once the candidate is confirmed post completing his/her probation period with us.

 2. No rewards will be disbursed before the completion of the referred candidate's three-month probation period.

 

Referral Process

1. To participate in the Program, participants must refer on Neo Careers Portal (www.neocareers.in).

2. Participants must provide accurate and complete information when making a referral.

3. Participants are responsible for obtaining the consent of the referred candidate before making a referral.

 

Compliance with Neofinity Policies

1. Participants must adhere to all Neofinity policies, including those related to data privacy, confidentiality, and non-discrimination, throughout the referral process.

2. Any violations of Neofinity's policies may result in disqualification from the Program and/or other appropriate actions, including termination of employment if applicable.

 

Changes to the Program

1. Neofinity reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, including these Terms, at any time and for any reason.

2. Neofinity will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any significant changes to the Program.

 

Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Program or these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Neofinity's dispute resolution policy.

 

Miscellaneous

1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between participants and Neofinity regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

2. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Neofinity operates.

3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By participating in the Neofinity Employee Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Neofinity reserves the right to revoke rewards and disqualify participants who violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or unethical behaviour during the referral process.
